We want our guests to experience all that Dawson and the Yukon has to offer, including culinary delights. That’s why we aim to feature locally-sourced foods whenever possible. Enjoy your breakfast in the privacy of your own room or, in the summer months, while looking out on the Klondike and Yukon rivers from our deck or in our garden.

Breakfast

We serve a light breakfast from a small menu of home-cooked options. Our guests select their breakfast choices and time and breakfasts are delivered directly to guest rooms.

Bullet Hole Bagels with Cream Cheese

Those craving a savoury breakfast enjoy a Yukon-made Bullet Hole bagel and cream cheese. Served with a side of fruit, your choice of orange or apple juice, and your choice of coffee or tea.

Homemade Granola with Yogurt

Homemade granola served with yogurt (or milk/almond milk), side of fruit and a choice of orange or apple juice. Choice of coffee or tea.

Waffles with Birch Syrup

All meals come with a side of fruit (made from the freshest ingredients available). Choice of orange or apple juice. Choice of coffee or tea.

Side of Fruit

All our breakfasts come with a side of fruit. We source the freshest fruit available in Dawson.

Yukon Roasted Coffee

We proudly provide Midnight Sun coffee, roasted here in the Yukon, in all of our guests rooms.
