Our small-capacity and family-run guesthouse boasts recently updated, clean and well-appointed spaces. It is both our family home and our family business. We value our guest’s privacy, but are also available to give local recommendations and a bespoke experience for all of our guests.
Family Friendly
We are happy to welcome families with small children to our home. Please contact us if you are travelling with a child and require a crib or cot.
Beautiful River Views
In the summer, our upper deck is a perfect spot to bask in the midnight sun and to enjoy the view of the confluence of the Yukon and Klondike rivers.
Clean, Updated Spaces
Our rooms have recently been renovated and we have cozy, clean and modern spaces for all of our houseguests. Rooms have crisp white linens, down duvets (hypo-allergenic), black-out curtains and updated furnishings.
Private Sitting Room
All of our suites have private sitting rooms equipped with a dedicated eating area, flat-screen television and mini fridge.

Our location is in a quiet area of town minutes from all Dawson’s downtown amenities, walking trails, museums and cultural sites.
Airport Pick-Ups Available
We offer airport pick-ups free of charge to guests traveling on regularly scheduled Air North flights upon request. Please notify us in advance if you require an airport pick-up.

Don’t lose touch with your friends. All guests are provided with free wireless internet.
Online Reservations Accepted
We take secure online payment upon booking so that our guests can reserve their room immediately and easily. We fully refund cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.
